Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

+ Operate the Avaya switchboard to handle all calls promptly and professionally

+ Monitor hospital codes, alarms, and safety systems

+ Activate beepers and emergency notifications as needed

+ Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with patient information

+ Support telecommunications operations and assist with additional duties as needed

+ Represent the hospital with a professional demeanor and appearance
Job Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Switchboard experience (preferred)
