We are looking for a Telephone Operator to join our team!

At The Lodge at Spruce Peak, our PBX Telephone Operators are the welcoming voice behind the guest experience. They answer and transfer calls with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction feels personal and attentive. Beyond managing a high volume of calls, they promptly fulfill guest requests and provide accurate information about the resort. Success in this role requires excellent communication and typing skills, a friendly phone demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
