• Closing sales and ensuring that leads are converted into customers.
• Providing personalized advice, identifying needs, and offering appropriate financial solutions.
• Handling objections and negotiating in a results-oriented manner.
• Tracking leads and managing them through a CRM system.
• Providing administrative support, including preparing and managing contracts.
• At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales or customer service (telemarketing).
