The Telemetry Technician–Clerical Coordinator (TT/CC) is responsible for continuous ECG and SpO2 monitoring for assigned patients and for promptly notifying the RN of significant changes. As part of the Centralized Telemetry Command, this role supports ICU, step-down, ER, and med-surg units by ensuring real-time surveillance and coordination that directly impacts patient safety.
