Purpose Of The Role

To support our commercial team in the outreach and engagement of our customers and consumers, with deployment of the latest data analytics and segmentation tools.

What You’ll Do

• Engagement & Customer Service
  • Engage and build good rapport with existing customers, with the aim to achieve win-win business outcome for both parties.
  • Manage and respond promptly to customers’ enquiries received via the Sales hotline, order placement system and digital channels.
  • Follow-up on sales orders to ensure that the orders have been processed and delivered on time.
  • Inform customers of sales promotions, upcoming events etc.
  • Support the field force in following up on any outstanding issues and feedback from customers.
