Position Overview
ACRE Windows is looking for confident, outgoing, hard working individuals to work part-time in our growing call center. Shifts offered are: 9:00am-1:00pm & 4:00pm-8:00pm. Candidates MUST be available to work from our call center in Horsham, PA.
Responsibilities
Outbound calling to schedule appointments for new and existing customers each day. Connect to potential customers in a personable manner, and engage them to determine whether they fit our appointment qualifications. Take incoming phone calls from potential customers requesting a free estimate. Work daily with supervisor to meet and exceed appointment quota. Document all customer interaction in company CRM. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills. Be coachable, teachable, and willing to follow guidelines. Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
