Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in personal loan options.
- Provide clear explanations of company's services, including how the loan-matching process works.
- Assist customers in understanding eligibility, required documentation, and next steps in the application process.
- Verify basic customer information and gather details needed for pre-assessment.
- Follow up with warm leads to encourage application completion.
- Handle inbound queries from prospects and provide accurate, compliant information.
- Maintain detailed call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Escalate customer concerns or complex cases to internal teams when needed.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with Ministry of Law regulations and PDPA requirements.
- Achieve call targets, lead conversion goals, and service-level benchmarks.
