Position Overview
This role is required to perform outbound contact engagement to Allianz's bank partner customers to promote general insurance products. Responsibilities: This role has a blend of skill sets in both customer service and sales. The focus is on customer service excellence to ensure claims and product benefits/processes relating to claims are correctly articulated. Conduct outbound calls to promote products with clear product knowledge to existing and potential customers of our business partners Upsell / cross-sell GI insurance products & retain customers based on customers' needs Ensure all sales calls comply with all quality standards and regulatory requirements Contribute to sales efforts to attain business sales goals Perform system UAT from time-to-time and devise process workarounds if needed Contact customers for renewal and recovery procedures Any other duties as and when deemed necessary to improve/enhance customer experience Requirements: Minimum O'level / Diploma.
