Job Description
- Engage customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote SME Credit products such as SLoan for Seller and Quick Funds.
- Deliver engaging, needs‑based conversations that match customer profiles with suitable products, driving cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
- Follow up on assigned leads and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Keep up to date with product information, promotions and basic compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in SME loans, telesales, or credit sales roles is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Target‑driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to attending basic product or compliance training if required.
