Telecoms is one of our key strategic product areas, with significant growth plans over the next five years, and this role sits right at the heart of that journey.
As our Telecoms Commercial Growth Manager, you’ll join the Commercial team and take ownership of driving sales performance and revenue growth in the micro‑business segment (1–9 employees) across all routes to market. You won’t carry an individual sales quota; instead, you’ll design, enable and optimise commercial initiatives that help frontline teams and channels sell more effectively.
You’ll shape propositions, unlock cross‑sell opportunities, enhance channel performance and lead targeted growth campaigns that accelerate telecoms adoption. We’re looking for someone curious, commercially minded and energetic, someone who can manage multiple initiatives, influence stakeholders, simplify complex commercial challenges and bring ideas to life.
