Position Overview
Proven experience in fulfilling customer orders and implementing UCC solutions and products. Specific experience with SIP Trunks, Hunt Lines, HPBX, MPBX, Contact Centre Solutions, Web Ex, Operator Connect, Microsoft Teams (including Direct Connect), and Call Recording Solutions. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Net Axis APIO and Broad Works. Familiarity with Yealink and Polycom phones. Required Certifications: Ribbon SBC (Session Border Controller) Certification Broad Works Certification Web Ex Technical Certification Call Cabinet Training Responsibilities: Implement and configure UCC solutions for various clients. Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored UCC solutions. Integrate and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Hunt Lines, HPBX, MPBX, and Contact Centre solutions.
