Job Description
A healthcare client is seeking Telecomm Administrator that will manage the onboarding, technical workload, and day to day activities of administering our phone system (Ring Central and other technologies). Responsibilities of this role include system administration, design, engineering, modifying telecom systems, and support of all enterprise telecommunications platform services and associated collaboration technologies.
This person will be well versed in the execution of RingCentral’s phone system, Contact Center, and associated collaboration tool processes, policies, and procedures. Needs to understand and recommend best practice for a highly effective and stable telecommunications environment. Must also understand concepts of telephony including TDM and SIP technologies, RingCentral management, collaboration, and IVR design.
