Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with potential leads from campaigns and referrals
  
• Explain project details and schedule site visits
  
• Maintain daily call logs and lead status reports
  
• Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead conversion
  
• Handle inbound queries and ensure prompt responses
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in tele calling or customer support
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
  
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
  
• Fluent in Tamil and English (additional languages a plus)
