Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus.
- Have 0-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and active listening skills in English.
- Exhibit strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to build rapport and secure commitments.
