The Telco Field Engineer/Technician role involves performing operation and maintenance (O&M) support for corrective and preventive maintenance, serving as a bridge between Telco Field Service Operation and Project Roll Out, to fulfill both sides' requirements without impacting network performance & the project implementation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st Level field troubleshooting (corrective maintenance) on access layer LTE/5G network elements and services.
• Ensure fault restoration is within the SLA.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (by scheduled frequency) to improve network stability.
• Execute and handle assigned WFM-IFS WOs within a certain time frame, ensuring all WOs meet SLA.
