Teen Academy is a summer work program designed to ignite teens’ career interest in the Hospitality Industry. Qualified teens can gain valuable work experience, earn a summer paycheck, log community service hours, AND HAVE FUN!

QUALIFICATIONS (You must be in one of the following three categories)

+ The relative of a current IHG Army Hotels Colleague
+ The relative of a Civilian DoD Employee
+ A Military Dependent

HOURLY PAY RATE: $17.75

**You must be between the ages of 14 - 17 as of the program start date

START DATE - 05/26/2026

END DATE - 07/24/2026

**Start/end dates may vary by school district

PROGRAM WORKING HOURS

+ Working hours are Monday - Friday
+ Working hours are not to exceed 8 hours per day
+ Working hours are not to exceed 40 hours per week
