About the Role

The Associate – Multimedia – AV Specialist is part of the fast‑paced Multimedia department and is responsible for the technical maintenance and performance of four Global Bridge immersive telepresence studios across Madrid, Barcelona, Boston, and Chicago.

The position is both technical and service‑oriented. Candidates will need to be comfortable troubleshooting live AV signal flows, documenting maintenance, and supporting internal and external clients directly with clear communication and timely response.

In between live sessions, time may be spent editing or processing media or attending video‑recording sessions.
