The opportunity
As a Guidewire Senior Manager in the Technology Consulting team to lead a Guidewire applications project, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Jutro Digital Platform project for our customers in the US.
Your key responsibilities
Need to work as a technical leader (Senior Manager rank) to contribute to various streams of Guidewire projects.Interface, collaborate and communicate with the onsite coordinators.Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.Regular status reporting to the Program Managers and onsite coordinatorsInterface with the customer representatives as and when needed.Building a quality cultureManage the performance management for the direct reports, as per the organization policies.Foster teamwork and lead by...
