Job Description
Project Coordination & Resource Management
• Coordinate IT resources (PC Techs, Infrastructure, Networking, systems teams) across multiple technology projects
• Assist project and IT leadership with prioritizing projects, tasks, and resource allocation based on urgency, risk, and business impact
• Maintain project schedules, task tracking, and dependency awareness across initiatives
• Support intake of new IT requests and help evaluate effort, capacity, and timing
Technology & Infrastructure Support
• Act as a technical liaison for projects
• Leverage prior hands‑on technical experience to ask the right questions, identify risks, and anticipate issues
• Facilitate coordination between IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates, risks, and blockers to project and IT leadership
