CTG is seeking a Technology Equipment Technician & Sales Rep I to support our client. This role combines hands-on technology support, equipment refurbishment, inventory management, and customer-facing sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with computer hardware and technology equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish technology equipment including laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, workstations, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
+ Process, track, and maintain inventory records for technology assets and repair activities.
+ Manage ServiceNow tickets and equipment requests, ensuring timely fulfillment of new deployments and break/fix replacements.
