Our client is launching a new business and establishing a new manufacturing facility in Singapore. They are seeking a Technology Development Design Senior Engineer to join their team and contribute to advanced substrate manufacturing.

Reporting to: Technology Development Process Manager or as assigned.

• Design & Engineering Support
  • Perform Design Rule Check (DRC) activities and manage related system registrations.
  • Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and review customer feedback to improve design outcomes.
  • Prepare, manage, and support customer approval of product specification drawings.
