Role overview
You will be responsible for the technical evolution of the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ITSM. Besides delivering configuration work, you will support and coach internal team members and act as the technical counterpart for external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform analysis and implement ServiceNow configurations (small to medium changes)
- Support and coach internal team members in ServiceNow technical capabilities
- Coordinate and challenge external ServiceNow vendors
- Define test scenarios, execute testing, and follow up on deployments until go-live
- Optimize ITSM processes (request flows, service catalog, CMDB, SLA setup, CSDM)
- Support integrations (API, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer)
- Improve knowledge management and self-service adoption
