Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
• To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/fixtures for production used.
• Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment, tools and fixtures.
• To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
• Be familiar with the requirements of glue weighing, mixing and stirring, and pass the skill assessment after the training of glue mixing and stirring.
• Master the use of coupling & welding equipment, pass the skill assessment after training.
• Do whatever it takes to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
