I. Job Summary

Delivers, assesses and coaches the designated training curricula according to the needs of the organization as determined by the leadership and training teams. Completes the final evaluation and conducts the final coaching session to determine participants passing or failing the course. Conducts and mentors the train-the-trainer process for new Technicians. Conducts TTT sessions for new or updated courses at the Training Center.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Reports schedule, participant attendance, and evaluations to the Training Coordinator in order to maintain accurate training participation records.
+ Delivers curricula demonstrating adult and accelerated learning techniques.
+ Assesses and coaches individual participant performance following training through observation as appropriate to measure the impact of learning to specific business results
