Introduction

Mintek has an exciting career opportunity for a Technician: Technology Demonstration. The successful candidate will assist in the design, commissioning, and operation of pilot scale DC arc furnace facilities in the Pyrometallurgy Division. Reporting to the Head of Technology Demonstration, the successful candidate must assume an active role in the operation of laboratory and pilot-scale DC arc furnaces. Willingness to work towards a common purpose, and ability to respond to supervision, guidance and direction in a positive and receptive manner are non‑negotiable attributes of the role.
