Technician – Support Services
FTE salary £28,080
12 week sickness cover, full time, 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Huntingdon

Key responsibilities:

Provide support to the Support Services Manager
Ensure all visitors to site are signed in and supervised during their visit
Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all consumables are available
Make staff aware of deliveries
Procurement activities including SAP ordering, monitoring of temporary staff contracts/orders, and day to day operation of contracts for the supply of lab chemicals and equipment
Be the first point of contact to deal with any enquiries relating to ordering or delivery of goods and / or services
Deal with general lab service queries
Maintain SAP in line with training and guidance
Accurate and current records of spend to be kept
Maintenance of monthly standard reports
