In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of quality and repair, investigating product failures and ensuring issues are resolved at the root cause. Your work will directly support customers and help maintain high production quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, methodical, and experienced in electronics troubleshooting and repair.

As a Technician - RMA & Repair, You Will

• Receive, log, and triage customer‑returned units associated with RMA claims.
• Perform systematic failure analysis to identify root causes (electrical, mechanical, workmanship, or design‑related).
