Perform daily site walks for routine inspection and day-to-day operations such as electrical equipment, office equipment, civil & plumbing etc.
Assist the Building Manager/ Building Executive to perform maintenance and repair works of the common areas, such as mechanical and electrical, plumbing, civil and structural etc.
Check and rectify all defects/ complaints reported by tenants/ residents.
Monitor, supervise, and verify all minor plumbing and electrical repairs and rectification works performed by the contractors.
Carry out Minor Repairs & Maintenance works
Escorting Vendors for on-site preventive/ reactive maintenance work
Provide 1st Level Breakdown support as per the SLA
Self-perform selected M&E tasks
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the building's operations and maintenance activities.
