As an OT Systems Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping Cowal’s fleet management systems, wireless networks and digital two‑way radio infrastructure running smoothly. Every day brings variety from diagnosing comms and network faults on heavy equipment, to configuring hardware, improving coverage across site, installing high precision GPS and IoT devices, or supporting MineStar and digital radio systems. You’ll work closely with operations, contractors, and the Technical Services team, helping lift system performance and reliability while driving continuous improvement across our systems environment.
