POSITION SUMMARY

As Technician Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day engineering activities and management of the Shift Technicians running across 3 shifts, with a team of up to 10 engineers reporting to you. Your focus will be ensuring that the reactive and corrective maintenance complies with all standards and is completed in a timely and efficient manner. This is a key role supporting the achievement of primary site KPIs.

You will be working alongside the Maintenance Leader who is responsible for Preventative maintenance, and reporting to the Engineering manager. In this respect you will coordinate closely as an engineering management team to achieve improvement across the boards.

Our site in Cotes Park is producing professional cleaning chemicals. Naturally, fast, accurate and thorough repairs and corrective maintenance are critical to our success.
