You will be the Technician Calibration Specialist for the Metrology Team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise measurement solutions that support critical mission systems.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Technician Calibration Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of a wide range of measuring instruments.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Calibrate, adjust and maintain electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, and torque measuring/indicating instruments to conform to set standards.
+ Interpret written instructions and apply technical knowledge to perform calibrations.
+ Research and develop calibration methods, procedures, and automated calibration software.
+ Prepare calibration data reports, data sheets, and required documentation.
+ Resolve issues by interfacing with customers, vendors, and management, and monitor quality using statistical process controls.
