Job Description - Troubleshoot, recovery and resolve equipment breakdown on plant automation equipment e.g. Autonomous Mobile Robot, Automated Strapping and Unstrapping Equipment, Automated Materials Handling System, Automated Storage & Retrieval System, Automated Packing Equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer hardware and software issues independently / with IT engineer assistance
- Perform system & server recovery on automation / manufacturing systems. storage system, transportation system, remote command center
- Assist engineer on software roll-out, and periodical system / servers OS & AV patching and update
- Impart basic operation and troubleshooting skills to operators
- Perform automation equipment critical checks and restoration
