1. 负责酒店客房、公共区域及后勤区域的日常维修与巡检，涵盖木工、泥工、油漆、五金、简单水电等基础工种作业；
2. 及时响应并处理客房设施（如门锁、卫浴器具、灯具、家具、墙面地面等）的报修需求，保障住客体验与运营连续性；
3. 配合工程部完成设备预防性维护、季节性检修及小型改造项目，做好维修记录与耗材管理；
4. 严格遵守酒店安全操作规程，落实用电、动火、高空等高风险作业的防护要求，确保作业安全。

1. 具有2年及以上酒店、物业或商业场所综合维修工作经验，熟悉多工种基础维修技能；
2. 具备独立判断常见设施故障原因及实施修复的能力，能熟练使用常用手工及电动维修工具；
3. 持有有效电工证或相关特种作业操作证（如高处作业证）者优先；
4. 责任心强，服务意识良好，具备基本沟通能力与团队协作精神；
5. 学历不限，身体健康，能适应轮班及应急响应工作安排。
