The successful candidate will help conceive, design, fabricate, assemble, operate, and maintain bench‑top setups that test the performance of onsemi parts for real‑life applications. The Automotive Power Solutions group is developing state‑of‑the‑art silicon and silicon‑carbide power electronic systems to enable vehicle electrification globally.
