Position Overview
Our client is seeking a hands-on Engineering Technician to support the engineering and production team. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined individual with strong attention to detail, who is eager to learn specialized equipment and processes in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with a lead engineer, supporting production activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and learning to operate and program automated machinery.
Key Responsibilities

+ Learn and support the process, including setup, operation, and inspection

+ Perform microscope inspections to evaluate wire quality and ensure precision standards are met

+ Load parts, follow engineering drawings and work instructions, and verify correct materials and configurations

+ Assist with machine setup and basic programming (selecting programs, adjusting settings, running production lots)
