Share machining and troubleshooting best practices to accelerate capability build-up, while supporting training syllabi, OJT blueprints, and certification records. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering (ME/QE) to refine processes, validate tooling/fixtures, and improve work instructions through operator feedback. Foster a culture of continuous learning, safety-first practices, and cross-skill development in alignment with CORE principles.
