Job Overview
This role involves on-site deployment and replacement of laptop and AIO equipment, requiring the technician to bring valid photo ID and hold active SC clearance. Duties include checking in with the buyer's site contact and central project team, assessing access routes and storage areas, locating devices per buyer-provided floor plans, unboxing and deploying new equipment, and safely removing, relocating, and installing charging cabinets and laptop PSUs where required with buyer's support. The technician will dmission legacy devices, reconnect peripherals, log on and connect devices to Wi‑Fi, support user testing with the buyer and supplier, resolve or log hardware issues, update Inventox with full asset and deployment details, move legacy equipment to secure storage for future collection, andplete site sign-off and check-out with the central project team.Tittle: Technician 3
