This role will focus on creating clear, user-friendly documentation for our wealth management platform. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, product managers and developers to translate complex financial and technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences—clients, regulators, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Write, review and maintain documentation including product documentation, technical information and end-user help pages.
Collaborate with SMEs to extract and structure content from handovers, product demos, design documents and technical specifications.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and iterative review cycles to refine documentation quality and completeness.
