In IT Customer Success and Enablement (CSE), we drive internal customer success and technology enablement across to minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience. We bridge the gap between technology and people by raising awareness and fostering engagement with IT s offerings, initiatives, platforms, and services. We also drive for excellence by measuring adoption and satisfaction and ensuring continuous improvement.
We are seeking an IT Communications Specialist to develop and deploy internal workplace campaigns and materials, including end user communications, guides, and other assets, to ensure a great technology experience for employees.
