Support onboarding, certification, upskilling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical training on:
Tire services
Wheel alignment and balancing
Brake maintenance and repair
Battery testing and replacement
Oil and fluid services
Suspension and steering systems
Vehicle inspections
Basic diagnostics and preventive maintenance
Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher, and skill enhancement programs.
Develop and update training materials, SOPs, manuals, presentations, and assessment tools.
