Role Overview
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for the effective implementation of technical training activities focusing on skilled workers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the L&D Lead to create the overall technical training plan and implementation strategy.
- Analyze and evaluate the technical training courses and programs.
- Design, develop and deliver supplemental technical skills enhancement training for workers, including course materials and assessment tools.
- Liaise with TESDA, third‑party technical training providers and assessment centers to ensure competency requirements for skilled workers on identified construction programs are met.
- Communicate TESDA NCII requirements for construction‑related programs (carpentry, masonry, welding, scaffolding, etc.) to the project management team and lead the effort to ensure skilled workers meet the required competencies.
