Are you a passionate and experienced Electricity Distribution Overhead lineperson eager to inspire the next generation? We are looking for a knowledgeable individual to join our training team at our Tipton Training Centre. In this exciting role, you will report to a Technical Training Delivery Manager and lead engaging overhead line training courses. Your responsibilities will include not only teaching but also collaborating on the design and development of innovative training programmes that utilise interactive blended learning solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing our training assets and facilities, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure our training meets the evolving needs of our workforce.
