Design, develop, and implement company-wide training programs, including onboarding, periodic technician certification, safety retraining, and technical upskilling.
Develop course content, materials, and assessment criteria; coordinate with internal/external trainers to ensure effective delivery.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize programs based on feedback.
Build and maintain dashboards using MES, WMS, and other data sources to monitor key metrics: average repair cycle time, first-time fix rate, on‑time completion rate, spare parts inventory turnover, technician productivity.
Lead or support lean/Six Sigma–style initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HRM, or related field.
