You are responsible for Crop Care products — particularly sprayers and planters — focused on developing and delivering technical training. This includes creating and maintaining training materials, leading training projects for new product introductions, and ensuring on‑time delivery in line with AMPIP rules. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and technical documentation teams. The role involves organizing and delivering training sessions locally and internationally, acting as a train‑the‑trainer for internal teams and global distributors, maintaining training facilities and equipment, creating training mock‑ups or subassemblies, and occasionally supporting third‑party companies as subject matter expert.
