Daily Responsibilities:
Provide desktop technical support to the Client Business line, and be flexible to cover the business needs Ensure tickets are logged via ServiceNow and are being updated accordingly and meeting SLAs. Resolve trading desktop issues, supporting rd party market data applications and provide st line for in house trading applications. Troubleshoot and provide resolution to issues related to IT hardware. Support of Citrix virtual desktop environments; Xendesktop and XenApp.Installation, configuration and support of mobile devices.
