Position Overview
SMA Benelux is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to complete its Service Team widely recognized for their top-level expertise. The mission is to ensure a high-level customer satisfaction through processing and resolution to more complex, technical problems in solar systems. This role is under the direct supervision of the Service Manager.
Responsibilities
You provide remote technical assistance (telephone, email, online service center, remote tools) in complex solar and storage systems ( error messages, breakdown, sunny portal) to professional customers (installers, distributors…)In particular, you perform relevant diagnosis and remote recovery of failures and anomalies;You use business applications for troubleshooting management and follow up on cases until resolution ;You contribute to regular reporting on activitiesYou regularly exchange with your colleagues locally or even with colleagues in ot...
