About the Job: Technical Support Representative (TSR)
TO QUALIFY
Candidate must possess at least an Undergraduate Level (at least 2 years) or College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Good English communication skills are required.
Typing speed of at least 35 wpm.
Willing to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Pasig City, Makati City, Pasay City or Taguig City.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of gaming issues reported by gaming clients and see problems through to resolution.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
