We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Support Manager to lead our technical support operations and help ensure the reliability and performance of Perspectum’s cloud-based platforms and services.
In this role, you’ll lead the Technical Support team within the Engineering department, oversee incident management and operational support activities, and work closely with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to deliver a high‑quality support experience.
