First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Technical Support Manager on behalf of our client.The successful candidate will provide technical support across depot and dealer networks, deliver technical and health & safety training, carry out audits, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to support engineers both remotely and on-site while ensuring compliance with Safe Systems of Work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to engineers and the dealer network via phone, email, and on-site visits.

Deliver technical and Health & Safety training courses, including preparation of training materials and handouts.

Conduct Health & Safety toolbox talks in line with Safe Systems of Work.
