Technical Support Executive - Casino Gaming Technology
Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department/ CGT Manager on his daily job responsibilities. He would be responsible for the supervision of his staffs’ daily job responsibilities as well as ensuring that all the machines are running on tip‑top condition.
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of similar or relevant working experience as Casino Technical Supervisor equipped with sound technical knowledge and hands‑on in repairing as well as troubleshooting on Slot Machines or related Electronic Gaming Machines.
- Familiar with Windows Servers, Database and Networking
- Familiar with the latest gaming technology
- Ability to perform second level of machine troubleshooting down to the PCB electronic component level
